At Al Syed Jewellers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn, original condition pieces.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates of authenticity, appraisal documents, and the original sales receipt.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
